Best Units in Brainrot Tower Defense
S through D by role, with obtain methods, attack shapes, and the seasonal guests that do not stay S forever.
The ranking below is the live role meta, not a popularity contest. Brainrot Tower Defense already launched on Roblox, updates weekly, and lets you invite friends into online co-op on servers of up to 20 players. A unit earns S if it carries every difficulty as a damage shape or enables the board (slow or farm). A-tier is the substitute when the S copy is missing. B still wins early maps. C and D exist so you stop upgrading filler. Cross-check obtain methods on the units hub and spend gems with the gem spending notes, not a screenshot from another banner week.
Remember five names: Graipus Medussi, Elefanti Strawberry, Saturno Saturnita, Major Combination, and Los Tralalero Dicen Tralala. That set is the closed S core. S-tier: build around these five
Graipus Medussi is a banner Secret and the best Full AoE in the game. One upgraded copy holds Story through Endless while the rest of the board farms. Rainbow crits turn that coverage into a wipe. You hunt it on the featured Secret banner, not by crafting. Stars and obtain notes live on Secret units.
Elefanti Strawberry is the best Circle unit: huge range, a comfortable SPA, and either a Combination craft or a 0.5% drop. If Graipus never shows, Elefanti is the choke carry, not a trophy. Saturno Saturnita is a banner Mythic and the best single-target boss killer. Splash behind the main target still clips the pack. Older max tests sat around 130k+; even if a later patch moves the number, Saturno stays farmable next to Secrets on Mythic units.
Major Combination is the best support because of slow. Circle AoE plus a long interval sounds modest until DPS stays on the same target instead of leaking. Craft it; do not wait for a banner duplicate. Los Tralalero Dicen Tralala is the cash farm unit. It wins the clock: expensive Graipus or Saturno placements go down waves earlier. Craft path and plaza notes sit on farm units.
A-tier and B-tier substitutes
KarKerKar KurKur is the banner Mythic Circle DPS alternative when Elefanti is missing. Base damage looks low; the Circle pattern is why it stays A. Los Metteo is a Combination and the second-best single-target option, with better range than Udin Din Din Dun. Pot Hotspot is a Battle Pass Mythic. The Premium copy arrives with Rainbow plus Giant, which is why it is a strong Circle starter. Ballerina Cappucina is a banner Mythic Full AoE beginner carry. She teaches coverage; cooldown starts to hurt once Endless timers get tight.
B-tier is still useful, just not a forever hold. Udin Din Din Dun is the budget Mythic boss killer with low range: park it on a corner. Dragon Cannelloni is often best-in-slot the moment you place it, then falls off. Strawberrelli Flamingelli is the Line specialist for straightaways. All three beat random Legendaries while you wait on summoning.
C, D, and event-limited S guests
Garama and Madundug sit in C. The explosion tests around 50k at max, which loses to 100k+ Mythic waves. Keep the copy for fun maps; do not pour trait rerolls into it. July 2026 community lists also stamped Halloween Combination, Torrtuginni Dragonfrutini, 67 67 67, Coffin Brainrots, Lucky Block, and Ta Ta Ta Sahur as S. Those ranks were real while the event shops were open. They are not a frozen eternal board. Farm the window, then read limited events when a new horror egg or World Cup shop appears.

Should I reroll traits on C-tier?
