How to Redeem Brainrot Tower Defense Codes

Redeeming a Brainrot Tower Defense code takes about thirty seconds once the lobby HUD is up. The game is already released on Roblox. You need the gift icon, the exact string from the Codes Hub, and the Redeem button.

Codes pay Gems, not units. After Redeem succeeds, spend those Gems on purpose using Gem Spending. If you have not placed a farm tower yet, park the Gems and finish Getting Started first.

Before you open the gift window

1. Own a Roblox account and launch Brainrot Tower Defense.
2. Wait until the lobby loads. The gift icon lives on the top-right HUD. If you click during the loading splash, nothing happens.
3. Have one code ready from the working list. Do not type from memory if you watched an old video; hallo and taco are dead.
4. Know that codes are case sensitive. wave works. Wave and WAVE usually do not.

You can redeem in a solo lobby or in an online co-op server of up to 20 players. Invite friends if you want extra placement help, but they cannot redeem for you. Each Roblox account has its own gift history.

Step-by-step on PC

1. Sit in the lobby. You do not need to queue a map.
2. Look at the top-right cluster of HUD buttons. Click the gift icon. It is not the shop bag and it is not the settings gear.
3. A Gift Code field appears. Click it so the cursor is in the box.
4. Type the code with no spaces before or after. Paste is fine if your clipboard did not add a newline.
5. Press Redeem.
6. Watch the toast. A success message credits Gems immediately. An error means stop and check the table below.

Do not start a match while the gift window is open. Some mobile ports hide HUD buttons during wave 1, and you will waste a code attempt trying to find a button that is not drawn.

Mobile and console

On phones the gift icon is still top-right, but it is smaller. Rotate to landscape if the button sits under a notch or a gesture bar. Tap the icon, tap the text field, then tap Redeem. If the on-screen keyboard covers Redeem, dismiss the keyboard first.

On console, highlight the gift icon, confirm, then type on the on-screen keyboard. Paste is unreliable. Case sensitivity still applies.

Co-op lobbies

Brainrot Tower Defense lets you invite friends into servers of up to 20. Codes are not shared loot. If four people are in the lobby, all four must open their own gift icon and type the string. The host does not distribute Gems. Leaving the server after you redeem does not remove the Gems; they sit on the account for later summons.

If a friend says a code works and yours fails, they may be on a different account that never used it, or they may be reading an expired YouTube description. Compare against this wiki’s Active table and the expired archive instead of the video title.

Errors and what they actually mean

Invalid code / doesn’t exist. Typo, extra space, or wrong game. Confirm you launched Brainrot Tower Defense by Shock Wave Studio / Lightning Dragon Limited, not a Fortnite Creative map with a similar name.

Already redeemed. This account used that string. You cannot farm it again on the same Roblox login.

Expired / no longer available. The string is dead. Check Expired Codes and wait for the next weekly update.

Nothing happens when I click Redeem. The field is empty, the HUD did not finish loading, or a UI scale mod covered the button. Reloading the place usually restores the gift icon.

I got Gems but my summon count did not change. Codes never summon for you. Open the banner separately. Read Summoning and only pull when a Secret is boosted.

After Redeem succeeds

Count the Gems before you roll. wave and shock are 1000 each. bbtd is 300. oneyear is 5K if it still works on your account; tv is 300 if it still works. That stack is for Secrets, boosted banners, and trait rerolls, not a panic Legendary 10-pull.

Redeem from the gift icon the same day a string goes Active, type it in lowercase unless the table shows mixed case, and close the window before you queue. The players who lose codes are the ones who wait until Endless and then discover shock expired during the last weekly update.
