Brainrot Tower Defense Tier List

This hub is the map of the current Brainrot Tower Defense meta, not a trophy case. Shock Wave Studio (Lightning Dragon) ships weekly patches, boosted banners, and limited events, so a unit that carried last month can sit on the bench after a new Secret or Combination lands. Rankings here follow roles first: Full AoE, Circle AoE, single-target boss damage, slow support, and cash farm. Raw rarity is a warning label, not a free S. A Rainbow Secret still beats a fresh Epic, but a farmable Mythic with the right trait often clears more content per gem than a lucky 0.01% pull you never upgrade.

Brainrot Tower Defense is a released Roblox tower defense. You invite friends into online co-op on servers of up to 20 players, place Italian Brainrot units along a path, and spend wave cash on upgrades. The list assumes you are playing the live game, not a leaked kit. If a Discord screenshot disagrees with this page the same week a banner changes, trust the patch, then come back here after we rewrite the row.

How this list is scored

We score a unit on four questions. Can it hold Story, Hard, and Endless without a babysitter? Does its attack shape match a real placement (Full map, Circle, Line, or single)? How expensive is the first useful copy compared with summoning and combinations? Does a trait from the trait priority tool turn a B into an A, or is the kit already complete? Graipus Medussi answers yes on the first three and becomes absurd with Rainbow crits. Dragon Cannelloni answers yes on placement damage and no on late scaling, so it starts high and ages into a sell.

S-tier is the closed set you actually build around: Graipus Medussi (banner Secret, best Full AoE), Elefanti Strawberry (Combination or a 0.5% drop, best Circle with huge range and a friendly SPA), Saturno Saturnita (banner Mythic, best single-target boss killer with splash behind the main target, tested around 130k+ at max in older sessions and still farmable next to Secrets), Major Combination (best support because the slow keeps Circle AoE on target), and Los Tralalero Dicen Tralala (the cash engine that lets expensive placements go down before the path leaks). Everything else is a substitute, a starter, or a seasonal guest.

Where to go next

Use the three child pages as a weekly checklist, not as three copies of the same article. Best units ranked is the full S–D table with obtain methods and the honest C/D filler. Best team comps is the farm plus slow plus AoE or Saturno core, including what to drop when a friend already brought Graipus. Starter units is the first-hour path: Dragon Cannelloni, Ballerina Cappucina, or Pot Hotspot, then a farm craft as soon as the recipe is legal. Cross-check the live units hub so you do not confuse a banner Secret with a Battle Pass Mythic.

July 2026 community boards also parked Halloween Combination, Torrtuginni Dragonfrutini, 67 67 67, Coffin Brainrots, Lucky Block, and Ta Ta Ta Sahur in S. Those pieces are event-limited. They can be first pick while the shop is open and they can vanish from practical ranking the week the event closes. The limited events log is the tracker; this hub will not pretend a frozen eternal ranking exists.

Gems still matter more than screenshots. Read gem spending before you dump a code stash into a dead banner, and redeem working codes the same day you reroll. If you only open one extra page after this hub, open best units ranked and build the four-role core instead of collecting every Mythic portrait.
